Comprised of visits to the Trade Mark Office, Patiala House Court, and Supreme Court of India to observe proceedings, seek pass-overs and seek adjournments. Research exercise included; Ex-territorial Jurisdiction of India under Section 4 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, Credibility of Statement recorded under Section 161 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, Enforceability of The Preamble in a Contract, The Evidentiary value of an Investigation Report. Further, preparation of case briefs on recent judgment on various international matters like Italian Marine Case, H&M Case, Stoll India etc.

Comprised of visits to the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Patiala House Court, Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Supreme Court of India to observe proceedings, seek pass-overs and seek adjournments. Drafting exercises included replies to claim notices, special leave petition, written statements, replies to leave to defend. Research exercise included the preparation of case briefs on recent judgment on the giving possession of flats after the scheduled date.

During the internship, various civil laws were researched upon and a report was prepared upon the corruption in general elections at High Court of Madhya Pradesh (Indore Bench). To gain insight on several issues relating to the election laws several past election petitions were reviewed.
